Our initial contact was with Kimberly. She was very professional and knowledgeable in helping us understand the pro's and con's between a Pilot and CR-V. She also helped in explaining the differences between CR-V models. Although we only met personally with her one time, Kimberly stayed in touch... and kept us informed of opportunities via email and texting over a 3 -4 month period. She is the reason we returned to the dealership. When we returned to the dealership (without an appointment) Kimberly was busy with another customer and we were referred to Jordan. Jordan is new with only 3 days on the floor prior to our visit. We found him to be professional, friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable in explaining the many features included on the CR-V EX-L. Not being a tech savvy buyer, Jordan was patient and provided us with useful, straight forward explanations that we could understand. He was quick to show us various models, colors, interiors, etc in helping us find the CR-V we wanted. When we began discussing trade-ins and pricing, Jordan sought the help of others and did so in a timely manner. We were not ready to make a decision that day and made an appointment to return the following day. When we returned, Jordan had the CR-V we were interested in buying staged and ready for us. Since we didn't agree in the initial price, Jordan facilitated bringing in the people needed to complete the deal. Negotiations were polite and direct and an agreement was reached in a reasonable period of time. Our only complaint was the time it took to complete the paper work as we waited over an hour to sign the documents. Also, Alan was called upon to during our visit to fix a problem in setting up the radio and he was super, solving the problem in 5 minutes. Show more

Car is well maintained and clean. Quick response and best customer support. Hassle free processes and paperwork. Developed a good trustworthy customer relation. Overall good car purchase experience.

I was very pleased with my recent purchase with Gates Honda. David Johnson was a great help to me and my 2 year old daughter Kinley Raye; which was an experience in itself! I would definitely recommend Gates Honda and ask for David, he will take care of you!

RaShan was excellent in assisting us in buying a nice used vehicle. I highly recommend him. The manager however was not interested in completing the sale, delaying so long we left the store. RaShan then completed everything and delivered the car to our house!
