Master Technician Positions

Our master technicians are the professors of our service department. If you have extensive experience not only completing routine maintenance, but engine repairs, transmission services, and more, this might be the right fit for you. Responsibilities include:

• Completing significant repair services, including but not limited to, transmission replacements, timing belt replacements, and engine repairs.
• Oversee parts department inventory.
• Oversee and assist lube technicians.

Lube Technician Positions

Applicants without extensive service experience are encouraged to apply for our lube technician positions. Working as a lube technician at Gates Honda is an excellent way to learn about and gain more experience in auto service. Responsibilities include:

• Completing routine services, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, and battery replacements.
• Communicate with customers and perform road tests.

Service Advisor Positions

Service technicians provide a liaison role between our service technicians and customers. They provide an extremely valuable service to our service department and operate as the face of our service center. Responsibilities include:

• Communicate with customers and receive orders.
• Coordinate with service technicians to complete service orders.
• Receive payment from customers.
